Aumtech understands today’s need for immediate access to information and technical support. Our support services include: Basic Support, Extended Support Services and Online Documentation.
Basic Support Services
These services include a Technical Support Specialist assigned to the account, available 9am – 5pm EST, Monday-Friday (except holidays) with 24×7 Electronic Access.
Extended Support Services
These services can offer up to 24x7x365 support as well as “after hours” support on a per incident basis.

We offer password-protected access to technical documents and software downloads grouped by services, e.g. Telecom Services, OAM Services, arcFlash, etc.
