Introduction
 
The purpose of this tool is to provide "what if" analysis while given any three of the following variables and calculating the maximum permissible value of the fourth parameter:
  1. Maximum number of concurrent incoming calls
  2. Average call duration
  3. The maximum number of TTS resources
  4. The maximum number of ASR resources
